problems with buyer confirmation message virtuemart

Hello, we have a problem with the registration form virtuemart buyer . The template does not display a message confirming that record. The client does not know at any time who has successfully completed the form. Does anyone know why ?

I think you site missing message on template. Could you please access to admin / Extensions / Templates / choose your OT template / Tab Layout / Please add an Inner block then click Map a position to this block: [System Message] above [Components] position
