Problem with product view

In the same installation www.mundodecolor.com , we have problems because the system not send mail order confirmation to the store manager but yes for the mail to customer.

And we can't set the information for the shop.

In virtuemart / configuration / shop the only tab that appears is the "additional configuration".

please post one for all your request, i can see all your product with your links. Don't know what's your issue ? can you take screenshot or just send url with your issues ?

We have three problems:

Product view gets no template if we activate "show children category" in shop / configuration / template.

Can you send admin for me? maybe you did not select template for category.
