Remove Hello Stranger was created by Samantha Prinsloo

Please can someone tell me how to remove the "Hello Stranger" are on the top left of my website: creativedev2.co.za/SilverSpoon

I have disabled all the modules and plugins that I can think of, but alas, none of them are working.

Please help.

You can edit file index.php in your template file and delete that line.
