Menu stays > can't close windows

Dear

When I press on an article of News Grid, the popup opens but my menu stays open, that means the X button dissapears under the menu so i can't close it.

Any idea how to fix this?

Could you please find z-index on style of menu and reduce it smaller 999.

I changed it to a number lower then 999, but i still see the menu when i click on the article.
