Hi, i just purchased another single templates package (because silver package failed to me), but now i cant download OT PETSHOP, maybe because i also have another Single template purchase for Digital Box.

Any help please

Hi,
We checked the payment of qianqian2 and see 3 orders made but the payment is not completed because there is no transfer from Paypal to our store.
So please check your paypal account (the remain money is enough or not?).
Please see the payment history in your Paypal account to see the reason of failure payments.

i paid using my Paypal linked to my Union pay, payment is completed and i even got a invoice, total 223.85RMB has been cut from my account.

Please confirm your account.

The name is different because my paypal use another email not the one i register here..
