Couple Template Problems

1) I wanted to add content above or below "Featured Products", however when I make a module (Custom HTML)I found there is no Module Position, I tried putting in "component" and "content" but nothing happened.

2) When I go to a page other than my Home Page the Background of "OT-Wrap" is cut off and shows only 10px from the top, leaving the rest of the page with no background.

You can check position image in demo site, so you can easy add more module.
