1- i installled estate template OT_Realist, but realis search not work ., see pls. image
2- i change then site logo ,but not appear on another tamplate color,. see pls. image

The estate search form is put there for demo purpose. Because you may want to use different real estate components and modules.

when at color "lightwheat"
logo is "templates/mega_realist/images/logo-lightwheat.png"
when color is "like_aliceblue" logo maybe "templates/mega_realist/images/logo-like_aliceblue.png"

So, then template have 2 color , how and who do i upload for both color same logo ?

You can use some component such as hotproperty , Others real estate components
