Not resizing,no scroll button

Been having several issues with this module, for one im not able to resize the width or height of this module its like it ignoring the values I set, secondly the scroll button are not showing, just a black circle and finally when viewed on a smaller scree like tablets, cellphone the logos get very large and is shown vertically.

Its a Joomla 2.5 website. It looks nice in that demo you just linked to, but what about 2.5?
