This error appears: Error: Image could not be generated! was created by lea Cardenas

When I installed the OT Scroller display client logos and add images to it, but no images appear only this error:

Code:

Error: Image could not be generated!

My info:
Joomla! 3.7.0
PHP version, 5.6.30
