[SOLVED]Problem with internet explorer 11

Hello.
The scroller works fine with all navigator but Internet explorer.
Logos appears on a static grid.
Any idea ?

After testing from another computer it appears to works with ie and even edge on Android.
So i figure its a problem from my computer or with the configuration of IE on my desktop.
