Need to show all available payment options

Dear All

I have 3 payment options,

1. COD (cash on delivery)

2. paypal

3. ccavenue

Now the cart page showing only one payment option, and asking to click on "change payment" link to select another payment option.

But the client is asking to show all 3 options on the cart page, so customer can choose which ever is best for him/

i have seen this functionality in many sites.

can someone please advise me how to make that please?
