Tempplate return blank page on install was created by Oneil Byfield

Just running a test of this template on localhost to see if its a good fit for an upcoming project but cant seem to get it working, since installing it I was not able to view the template as I can only see a blank page.
Followed instructions here :http://www.omegatheme.com/documentation/76-joomla-templates/smartsolutions/237-install-ot-smartsolutions-template
Please note:
Installed on an existing Joomla! 3.3.3 install
Will not able to use quickstart because of existing content
