Smarthouse Preview looks diferent than Smarthouse Demo

Hi

I want to buy Smart House but i want it to look just like the preview and not like the live demo.
Why is the demo diferent than the preview?

I am refering to the search field where on the preview the user have a select lixt box at the right fo the search field. It looks awsome!. I want that template but only if i can have it look exactly as the preview.


Is it possible?

Some difference from design. it will work like demo page.

I really like the way it is in the design, not so much like it is on the demo.
