Template not working correctly. There is error in js console was created by Phillip Tampus

Hello, I just installed OT Surfdev and there seem to be problem in javascript. The error is: Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined. The design is great in example, I hope there is an easy fix for this. Thanks
