I can not install the template with demo 404 was created by Sergey Zhukov

Hello! I bought you a template "OT Swatch" I can not install it on the hosting! Prestashop's official website is installed without a problem! and installation of your template appears 404 immediately when clicking on links www.my_site.ru/install what could be the reason? Help me please! I liked your template and I really want to use it! please help solve the problem! :(
