OT TECH for 2.5 was created by ömer vural

hi,

i converted from magazine.joomla.org/issues/issue-may-201...emplate-to-Joomla-25 OT TECH for joomla 2.5 and it installed but not working
it seems empty a page.. marnevar.com/beta/
what is the problem?
