OT testimonials submit issues in front end

Hi....

Please i have issues when i publish the submit testimonials from the front end .. the form does not display well it its something else that is displaying. please see attached.



What am i doing wrong.

The issue due missing language file, could you please check and upload file to root / languages / language code / com_testimonies.ini

But what file do i have to upload?

Besides the Extension cam with the template i installed.

No doubt its a fantastic extension , every other thing works well. But only the submission.

Please what am i going to upload again?

this is the file on com_testimonies, you can unzip folder com_testimonies.zip with path: com_testimonies.zip\site\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_testimonies.ini
or please download attached file and upload: root / languages / en-GB /

Thank you for the fast response. But i cant find the file you said attached. Or do you mean i should download again from your site and upload it?
