replicate the demo template was created by Marco Ghetti

The demo of this template is very nice...how can I insert the table 3x2 with Icon which is presented at the bottom? which module is used? or is it a single article?

Maybe I should clarify my question: which components and modules are involved in the home page? How can I build a similar content distribution in home page (I understand teh slider but what is used below?)?
