Can you see the "Service" sub menu in Contact page? When see html code from firebug (at Contact page), there is no sub menu in Services, so it will not work.
That's problem and you need re-check the menu assignment etc.
If you need to send us FTP access / host access, administrator access or any private information:
services(at)omegatheme(dot)com or drop a ticket www.omegatheme.com/member/
