Paypal error

I was trying to signup for Silver Member using Paypal which linked to my ICBC bank which is not VISA, my ICBC has Union pay which works well with Union Pay , it cant go through and keep asking to link with VISa/Master card. I changed plan to Purchase Single Template it went through with no problem using the same card number, but i cancelled it because its not what i want.

Any help please.

You can ask Paypal to make sure the amount of payment does not exceed the limitation of your linked card.
