OT Jewelry installation not working previously from 1.4 now same for 1.5 was created by Roger Peter

OT Jewelry Template 1.5xx version downloaded and broken zip message coming in theme installer message Zip file seems to be broken - Still i tried to upload in ftp in theme folder as separate theme - but it shows like default - I uploaded override also.
